We do this by utilising our experience in IT from areas as diverse as medical research, journalism, education, real estate, sports management, travel, engineering and publishing to the humble corner shop. Our customers sites range from over 500 units to 2 units. This variety enables us to gather solutions to your challenges by thinking way outside your circle.

We have many years experience in Macintosh and Wintel networked environments and have now embraced the Open Source arena (ie Linux & Mac OS X) in appropriate circumstances. Intranet and internet services are now critical business tools and a reliable network is the cornerstone.

ithelp4u establish long term relationships and friendships with our customers because we care about the whole situation at their site. It is critical to us that you as a customer talk about us and our achievements together to others.

Cheap systems or networks are not what we sell. We do however supply proven solutions that are tailored to suit your long term requirements and budget.

Responsibility is what ithelp4u builds the relationship on. We will isolate problems and fix them or arrange to have them fixed on your behalf. Not "we didn't supply it, it's not our problem". If your system is down, our system is down!!
