My son had trouble with his iPod over the Christmas break. We called iPod repairs and they were happy to have a look at such short notice. They were friendly & very professioal. Within a week my son had his iPod back. I would have no trouble in recommending Michael Seamons' business to anyone. It is nice to have that good old fashion care when you are dealing with modern technology.

Just a short note to let you know of the fantastic service i reveived from Karen at ithelp4u.

I was given her number from Apple and took my daughters iPod to her to fix it. My daughter said her iPod was not charging. She was very professional and although there ended up being nothing wrong with the iPod, nothing was too much trouble for her. She called me a few times and kept me up to date on what was happening. It was ready the next day. I Have taken a few of Karen's cards and would recommend her to anyone.

I would like to say how impressed I have been with Michael’s service.  On the occasions when I have had to take the Computer over to Michael he has offered a prompt service so that I do not have to be without my Computer any longer than necessary, (which is very important as I am currently in the middle of a TAFE course).  Because of the continuing problems with my Computer, I have had to call Michael on several occasions (evening & weekends) seeking his assistance.  Nothing is too much trouble for Michael spending time to go through the many problems the faulty disc drive has caused.   I have been very grateful for Michael’s time and patience.

Dear Karen,

Just wanted to follow up with a thank you for the repairs to my iPod and that of my daughters. Both units were assessed by the Apple repair centre as terminal and beyond repair. Their advice was to throw them away and buy new ones – which is really disappointing. Thankfully we found you guys and for much less than the cost of one new iPod both are now fully functional and working just fine.

What is particularly pleasing is your willingness to help with the non iPod literate and help us with our questions after the units were returned. Great service!
